We want you to shine in your new pieces, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal collections and sale items are final sale to ensure every Queen receives brand new, sparkling merchandise.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sequined items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Pack With Care

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage to the embellishments.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the sequins for quality, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
